1.How can I adjust the mouse cursor speed?
If you want to adjust the cursor speed of your mouse, you may try to do the following: \Start\Control Panel\Mouse\ cursor setting speed adjust to your desirable speed.

2.Could the mouse support to USB port version 1.1 or 2.0?
Both USB version 1.1 and 2.0 that  USB mouse could support, and no need to reset the BIOS.

3.Why the mouse is plugged in which the Red LED sensor is powered, but the mouse cannot be used?
(1) First of all, please check with the desk is in red or in transparency like the glass. Because these two interface is not work for the optical mouse, may be you can use a piece of paper or normal mouse pad to test it. (2) If your PC is using Window 98 or ME, the system may need to install the driver again. Then, please insert the driver disc of Window 98 or ME and let the system install automatically.

4.Irregular cursor movement
Please checking with the contact surface between the table that which have the repeated pattern or not. If yes, kindly using a piece of paper or mouse pad to test again. In this situation, it is because the optical mouse is ride on the infrared to scan the surface by refraction. Then, the infrared will irregularly move because of the repeated pattern. It's better that end user need to avoid using the mouse with this kind of environment.


5.How to confirm the Bluetooth hardware is feasible?

After the dongle is plug-in, the transmission light will flash all the time. Then, it is confirmed that the Bluetooth dongle can used. Also, the window will start to search for the hardware, an icon will shown at the right bottom corner while finished. If those not happen, please try plug-in with another USB port for testing.

6.Bluetooth driver cannot be installed?
Mostly happens of the CD/DVD Rom cannot read the disc, or the Window cannot autorun the disc. Under this situation, please click the ‘My computer’, and select D:\ then click the right button of the mouse and select ‘Autorun’ enter into the installation main screen.

7.How to install the driver from the ‘Apple’ Macintosh system?
It's no need to setup the driver with Apple Computer Version OSX 10.2 or above, it is because the computer had built in the function of Bluetooth already.

8.After installed the Bluetooth driver, how to confirm the software is connected to the hardware?
After installed the Bluetooth driver, an icon of Bluetooth will appear at the right hand side bottom corner. If the system connected with the device, you will see the Bluetooth icon in blue. However, if the Bluetooth icon in grey, that means the hardware is not connected with the computer. Please check carefully that the Bluetooth is connected with the USB port.
